Cal South Release and Transfer Process Instructions
A Guide for Parents
Step 1

In order to log in to your family account, please go to and locate the Member Central area which is located on the center‐right side of the page and click on Youth Soccer Login

Step 2

The second step will require you to sign in with the login information that you have been provided by the League Registrar or a Cal South representative.

In the event that you don't have an active account, you may retrieve your information several ways:

1) If you have an email account associated with your child's profile, click on "Forgot Password," fill in the basic information, and your password will be sent directly to your personal email account

2) Contact your league or club's registrar or Cal South League Account Management Department.

3) Contact Affinity Development Group to verify your account.

Step 3

Logging in with your account information will land you on your main account page.

Locate your child's name underneath "Registration Applications," then begin the process by clicking on "Request Release and/or Transfer."

Step 4

Please select the appropriate option.

Step 5

After selecting the appropriate release/transfer option, click "Continue."

Step 6

If you do not have your transfer team ID# , please click "Team Info Search."

Step 7

Please select the reason for the release from the drop-down menu.

After selecting the reason and providing any comments (if desired), click on "Submit Transfer" to complete the requested action.

Step 8

Congratulations! Your release request has been initiated.
