Fun Games for Under-8s (Pt. 5)
Dribbler's Alley: Four or more players are needed. Set up one less pair of cones ("gates") than the number of players you have in a line. Each "gate" should be about six feet wide and have about 10 feet between each. Every player guards a gate and the remaining player attempts to dribble through the gates... click for complete story

Getting the Most Out of Your Warm-Up
On soccer pitches across America, the first ten minutes of practice typically get thrown away. Coach tells everyone to take a couple of laps around the field, circle up and stretch. Unfortunately this type of warm up is a wasted opportunity. Warm up is not just dead time before a game. Researching - How to Do It the Right Way: Any active student-athlete, looking to play in college, probably has a pile of questionnaires and letters on their kitchen counter. In that pile of letters on the kitchen counter, more than half are from schools which the student-athlete has probably never heard of before. The chances of those unknown schools receiving a response are likely slim to none. Therefore, the chances of that student-athlete missing out on perhaps their perfect college fit are massive.
