Youth Affiliate Member Requirements

An affiliate member application package will be considered complete via the fulfillment of the requirements listed below:



  • Completed Affiliate Member Application
  • Payment of Affiliate Member Application fee
  • Current and completed Affiliate VIP directory on file with Cal South
  • Current Affiliate Bylaws and/or Rules and Regulations on file with Cal South
  • A minimum of five (5) teams registered
  • Active incorporation status with State of California (CA Secretary of State) as a public benefit non-profit
  • PAD Committee (Protests, Appeals & Discipline) and Director of Referees points of contact (leagues only)
  • Active IRS 501(c)3 Tax Exemption status (US Department of the Treasury)
  • A copy of the Affiliate Applicant's 2013 or 2014 IRS Tax Form 990 or 990EZ
    *New Affiliates may provide a financial or budget forecast.
  • Any and all prior financial obligations due to Cal South must be satisfied (applies to renewals)
  • New Applicants: Verification of practice/game fields. Submission of site(s) address and primary contact information for city, school district and/or facility representative
  • Youth Competitive Leagues must meet the additional requirements listed below:
    League rules of competition
    Director of League contacts

Each Affiliate Member bears the responsibility of keeping all requirements on file current with Cal South. Application fees are non-refundable.
