STATE CUP HOSTING REQUIREMENTS

Leagues, Clubs and or Teams with four (4) or more fields, interested in hosting State Cup games, must submit a letter of application to the State Corporate Office attention Director of State Tournaments, stating their wish to host State Cup games. In the letter, they must include the following:

Name and address of the fields.
Name of owner of the fields.
Permits held Yes or No.
Name of entity holding permit.
Number of fields.
Size of fields.
Restrooms - permanent or portable.
Name of emergency service provider.
Name and address of facility for hosting check-in.
Name, address, phone number, e-mail address of contact person.
Will there be a snack bar?
Will there be a charge for parking?
Rain policy.
Charges (fees) for field use. Yes or No
If there is a charge, provide a detailed break down.
Name and contact number of Site Coordinator.

The State Cup Committee votes on the applications to host state cup. An application to host does not mean that you will automatically host State Cup games.

The following are some of the requirements for hosting State Cup games:

Supply a facility to hold check-in on Friday night prior to start of games.
Field set-up and take down including lining of fields.
Istallation of nets and flags and installation of Cal South and Vendor signage.
Sanitation & Waste Removal.
Traffic control and parking
Personnel for field runners.
Personnel to record and post scores.
Personnel to perform check-ins.
