The Registered Officials Lists shown above provide a listing of all currently registered referees. If your name appears on the list, then your referee registration has been processed and is complete for the year.

The Risk Management Status has to do with the Cal South Risk Management Department, if your name is on the list and "Approved" is not marked next to your name and you have gone through the Risk Management process, you will have to contact the Risk Management department at livescan@calsouth.com to check the status. If you are a Coach or Administrator for Cal South and need to transfer your Risk Management over as a referee or for Risk Management (Live Scan) questions, please the Cal South Risk Management department as well.

With the new online system the registration process to receive a referee's badge and ID card has changed. The process is a follows:

Cal South will process your registration approximately 3 weeks after the date of your re-certification clinic. It will then be forwarded to U.S. Soccer for completion and mailing of your badge and ID card. US Soccer's time frame for mailing these items after you are approved in their database is 4-6 weeks. If it has been more than 6 weeks and you have not received anything contact U.S. Soccer at nward@ussoccer.org.

Please note: Receiving your badge and ID card is not based on the date you took your re-cert exam, paid your USSF fees or when your name appears on the list above. It is based on the date when U.S. Soccer has approved you in their database.
