Mission Statement
The mission of the Referee Mentoring Program is to advise our referees on ways that they can enhance their game management skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game by providing feedback and being available as a trusted advisor and guide.
The Mentoring program is designed to work hand-in-hand with the instruction and assessment programs, so that all of our referees are given the opportunity to advance through the referee ranks.
