8 Cal South Players on Roster for U-15 Boys National Team Trip to Tournament in Italy

Chicago, Ill. (April 24, 2013) - U.S. Under-15 Boys’ National Team head coach Tony Lepore has called 19 players -- including eight players from Cal South -- for the Tournament Delle Nazioni in Grandisca, Italy, from April 26 – May 6.

All of the players in camp were born in 1998, with the exception of Malcolm Jones, Erik Palmer-Brown and Ben Swanson who were born in ’97 and are all current members of U.S. Soccer’s Residency Program. Fifteen of the 19 players called in for the tournament are currently on a Development Academy roster. Joshua Perez recently moved from Chivas USA Academy to Fiorentina in Italy.

Lepore has called in 15 players who were in the previous U-15 BNT camp in March.
