May 21, 2012 (San Juan Capistrano, CA) - Seven more Cal South National Cup Olders champions were crowned this weekend at the Rancho Capistrano Soccer Complex in San Juan Capistrano. The semi-finals and finals matches were contested on Saturday and Sunday, May 19-20 in the boys and girls U15-U17 brackets. The BU14 final was also held (the GU14 champions were determined the previous week in Lancaster).

The U19 age group for the National Cup is scheduled to begin play this weekend on May 26. Cal South National Cup champions move on to the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series Far West Regionals to be held in June 18-24 in Phoenix, Arizona. Regional champions in the U14 to U19 age groups move on to the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series National Championships to be held in July 24-29 in Rock Hills, South Carolina.
