The Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form is filled out/amended annually by each Cal South Board Member, Corporate Staff person and each Committee Chairperson, and is kept on file at the Cal South Corporate Office.

The adoption of this form is yet another positive step towards ensuring absolute transparency to our membership in regard to all Cal South decisions being made.
