The Release and Transfer process can be a bit challenging if you're unfamiliar with the procedure. The good news is that the Release and Transfer process can now be completed electronically via the Cal South Registration System.

What is a "Release and Transfer?" If you have a player who wishes to move from one team to another, then you would want to use the Release and Transfer process to accomplish this goal. Completing this process fully and in a timely fashion will allow for the smooth transitioning of the player from their releasing team to their incoming team in accordance with the Cal South Rules and Regulations.

There are a couple of things that you will need to know before you begin. For instance, you will first need to activate your family account, and second, you will be responsible for contacting the head coach of both the releasing and incoming teams.
