The mission of the Cal South Referee Mentoring Program is to advise our referees on ways they can enhance their game management skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the game, as well as providing feedback and being available as a trusted advisor and guide.

The Cal South Referee Mentoring Program is designed to work hand-in-hand with our Instruction and Assessment Programs, so that all of our referees are given the opportunity to advance through the referee ranks.
