The May 2011 issue of Cal South Soccer Magazine has just come out and should be hitting the mailboxes of all registered Cal South members within the next week.

The feature article this issue is about women's soccer in America and the steps that U.S. Soccer is taking to drive improvements in player development. The article features interviews with new U.S. Soccer Women's Technical Director April Heinrichs, new U.S. Soccer Women's Developmental Director Jillian Ellis, U.S. Women's National Team forward Alex Morgan (a former Cal South ODP player) and Marley Canales, a 13-year-old midfielder currently making a big impression in Cal South ODP.
