The Cal South Affiliate Member Application for the 2011-2012 season is live online and can be accessed by clicking here. The deadline for returning Affiliates to submit applications is April 1, 2011.

Access to the fall 2011-2012 Cal South Registration System will be dependent on meeting all Affiliate Member Application requirements. The sanctioning requirements for both types of affiliate member are very different, so please be mindful of this fact when you begin filling out the application. Late Fees: Penalties for failure to meet the deadlines

*A $100.00 per month fine will be applied to all returning leagues that have not satisfied the complete Affiliate Member Application requirements in their entirety by April 15th.
