January 25, 2013, Friday: Record Date - In order for AGM voting eligibility (credentialed) Affiliate Members must, by 5:00 p.m.:

• Be in Good Standing
• Have no Good Standing Criteria Violations
• Have delegate names filed at Cal South email elections@calsouth.com

REQUEST FOR NOMINATIONS

Executive Vice President and Treasurer

• Any Affiliate Member in Good Standing or any Director may nominate individuals for these offices.

Vice President of Youth

• Any Youth Council Member (league with approved Youth program) in Good Standing or any Director may nominate any individual for Vice President of Youth.

Any nominee may refuse the nomination or request removal of his name from the ballot.

Completed nomination forms must be received in the Cal South email box, elections@calsouth.com no later than 5:00 p.m., December 10, 2012.
