Make sure to destroy your unused 2011-2012 passes or return them back to Cal South
Important things registrars should know: The 2012-2013 Player Pass has been changed slightly. The chief modification has been the inclusion of 2012-2013 imprinted in red on the far right corner of the pass. Membership passes may be printed and used as of July 1, 2012 for immediate use. As an additional reminder, Cal South 2011-2012 fall, spring 2012 and summer 2012 passes are valid through August 31, 2012. However, please make sure to refer to each tournament for specific rules
and regulations governing the use of member passes. Additionally, any unused 2011-2012 passes must be destroyed or returned back to Cal South for recycling. The new 2012-2013 player passes may be used beginning July 1 through August 31, 2013.
An email containing player registration figures has been sent to all affiliate members so it's important that we are informed if there are any miscalculations. The amount of passes will be determined by aggregating registration numbers for fall, spring & summer. However, we politely ask that affiliate members that have a recreational component to please determine their actual need versus aggregate numbers. This will help us operate more efficiently and help offset any
shipping and printing costs. If you have any further questions please contact League Account Management department at LAMSupport@calsouth.com or 714.451.1513.
