The newly designed Cal South Youth and Adult Member Player Passes for 2013-2014 will be available very soon. In the meantime, here are some important things you should know, as there have been some significant changes from the previous year's player passes:

The dimensions of the new cards are slightly smaller, 3½ x 2 inches with 10 passes per sheet available for printing, as opposed to just 4 on the previous 2012-2013 card stock. The new design also incorporates less perforations than the previous passes.
A larger font highlighting the Age Group and Seasonal Year on the bottom right hand corner has been incorporated.
A 2013-2014 watermark has been built into the design.

Membership passes may be printed and used as of July 1, 2013. As an additional reminder, Cal South fall 2012-2013, spring 2013 and summer 2013 passes are valid through August 31, 2013. However, please make sure to refer to each tournament for specific rules and regulations governing the use of member passes.

Additionally, any unused 2012-2013 passes must be destroyed or returned back to Cal South for recycling. The new 2013-2014 player passes may be used beginning July 1 through August 31, 2014.

Registrars: Member Pass Card Stock for 2013-2014 Season to Be Mailed through Late June

Risk Management Policy: A Reminder on Card Printing

All administrators MUST complete the Live Scan process. This includes coaches, managers, team parents, board members and tournament directors. A card can NOT be printed until the Corporate Office has received approval from the Department of Justice. The process can take up to 14 business days to complete.

If you log into your Cal South Registration System account and see an R with a red circle around it, please contact Alely Cruz in the Risk Management Department, at 714.451.1505 or acruz@calsouth.com. Click here for more information on getting your Live Scan done.

If you are an adult referee that will be refereeing youth matches, you will need to have an approved Risk Management on the Registered Officials List to be able to be assigned youth matches.
