Shutterfly Brings Free Team Websites to Cal South
Coaches and Admin: Please Be Sure to Activate Your Team's and Club/League's Codes
Cal South Team Sites are still being created by Shutterfly for all teams that have registered for the 2011 fall season. These easy-to-use sites are pre-filled with team roster and parent information, making it convenient for coaches to communicate and stay organized.

On Thursday, September 8, coaches for teams which have registered since the initial series of emails in early August will receive an activation code email from Shutterfly which will allow each coach to make their own Team Site live. Administrators for the leagues and clubs for these teams will also receive a separate admin activation email to make their full Club Admin Site live.

Coaches, if you have not done so already, please remember to ACTIVATE your FREE Team Sites. It only takes a few minutes. If you'd rather, you can forward the email along to a team manager or parent so they can handle the activation. If you are a coach who lost or deleted their initial activation code, please go to http://www.shutterfly.com/calsouth/coaches and enter your email address in the box under "Find My Team Site" to have your activation code re-sent to you.

Shutterfly's Cal South Team Sites allow coaches and parents to...

Manage event schedules and player availability
Publish team roster, forms and announcements
Send auto reminders for practices and games
Share photos and videos privately and securely
Create photo books, team posters, photo mugs and more
100% Private and secure, only accessible by team coaches and parents
• Plus, learn how to get free photo books and collage posters for Cal South Team Site members!
