Cal South Board Finalizes New PAD Manual of Operations:Protest, Appeals and Discipline
The Cal South Board of Directors took another major step in their revamp of the PAD system by completing the new PAD Manual of Operations at the March Board Meeting. This step completes what started over six months ago as a comprehensive internal assessment as to how the PAD system was working within Cal South and includes improvements going forward commensurate with the growth and problems associated with youth soccer as a whole. "The Board of Director's has worked together very well to see this process through, and we are pleased with the outcome of the new manual and the direction we have set for handling protests, appeals and discipline within the association," states Cal South President Gregg Falk. "The new direction directly integrates our efforts with that of our sanctioned competition entities, and will make for a more fluid and standardized disciplinary process throughout the entire association."

PAD Mission Statement: The purpose of the Protest, Appeal and Disciplinary Committee is to influence a change in the behavior of players, coaches, and administrators when allegations of misconduct are made. Cal South will make sure that all cases, players, coaches, and administrators will be treated fairly and impartially. Please click here to review the new manual.
