2010 Cal South Signature League - Fall Team Registration

Applications must be submitted by 7/16/2010 to be considered on time. All submissions will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Please review the general competition guidelines and team registration procedures below:

Age Groups: Boys/Girls U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14 & U15.
Signature League Recreation Teams Only

Registration Fee: $200.00 per team.

Deadline: July 16, 2010

Other League Requirements:
1.) 1 Head Coach and Asst. Coaches or Team Manager/Administrator per team. All must have the appropirate Cal South Coaching License and approved risk management. No Exceptions.

2.) Signature Team Head Coaches may only be assigned as a "Head Coach" to 2 Signature League teams during the 2010 Season.

3.) Team Asst. Coaches or Team Managers - All must have the appropirate Cal South Coaching License and approved risk management. No Exceptions.

4.) Teams and players must be registered for the FALL 2010-2011 season year under the Signature League Play Type in order to be fully accepted. Please contact your LEAGUE REGISTRAR for more information.

REGISTER NOW - Follow these Steps:

1. The Head Coach or Team Manager must log-in to their 2010-2011 Cal South CORIS member account.

2. Next to your Team Name click the "Tournament" tab.

3. Select the "2010 Cal South Signature Fall League" from the drop down bar and click the "Register" tab.

4. Please complete the Signature League application, payment form and click "Submit". Your application is incomplete without payment. You will be emailed confirming your application status.

5. As you register or add new players or coaches to your team, that information will automatically populate onto your Signature League application.
