"D" License Re-test

This course is offered to coaches who received a Not Ready score and are looking to upgrade to complete the USSF National "D" License.

A candidate must submit six (6) lesson plans that were used while training a team within the six-month waiting period. These lesson plans must be submitted to the lead instructor before the course starts.

A candidate who receives a Not Ready score will be awarded an "E" license, if they didn't have one previously. A candidate can re-test once. If they receive a Not Ready grade a second time, they must retake the full "D" course and pay all appropriate fees.

All candidates must register in advance of the starting date of the course.

Prerequisites:

• Must have completed a "D" course and received a Not Ready grade.
• All candidates must wait six months from the starting date of their original course.

Re-test Length: 2 days

• 2 hours classroom
• 12 hours field

Testing:

• Practical field session.

Cost:

• $25
