Cal South Bylaws Revised by Board in preparation for taking over as the official Youth and Adult State Association under the US Soccer Federation

As Cal South looks to transition taking over as the official Adult State Association under the US Soccer Federation, the following revised Bylaws were presented to the Cal South Board Secretary on 1/6/2009 and discussed during the 1/10/2009 Cal South BOD Meeting. The adoption of this form is yet another positive step towards ensuring absolute transparency to our membership in regard to all Cal South decisions being made.
