For 90 minute games, each teams pays $88.00. For 70 minutes the fee is $70.00 per team

WOMEN'S COMPETITION:

PRIZES

The winning team in each division in the championship rounds will receive the first place prize of $2,000 BASED ON ENTRIES OF AT LEAST (8) TEAMS. Second place teams will have at least one-half (1/2) of its entry fee waived for the next year's tournament.

The size of the waiver is based on the number of teams in each division. If there are eight (8) teams or more in a division, then the waiver fee is 100%; if there are six (6) teams in a division, the waiver fee will be 75%; and if there are four (4) teams, the waiver fee will be 50%.

PLAYERS

All players must be registered with the Cal South State Soccer Association - South.
All players must have current, valid identification cards. All teams and their players must register in person to have identification cards checked.
All players must be eighteen (18) by March 2011.

REFEREES

Referees will be assigned by the SRA and the State Referee Committee. All referee will have the current year (2011) badge.

CLEARANCES

International Clearances - USYSA rule 207; USSF Rule 606.6; Cal South Rule 7.15
(a) For a player who is at least seventeen (17) years of age and comes to the United States on or after the player is twelve (12) years of age, the player must request international clearance form from the Federation.
(b) For a player who is twelve (12), thirteen (13), fourteen (14), fifteen (15), or sixteen (16) when he comes to the United States, the international clearance form is not required.

(c) The Federation and FIFA have international clearance requirements and procedures for players coming to United States to play soccer. Consult the Federation about these requirements.

VIOLENCE

Violence and abuse will not be tolerated. Teams will be held responsible for their players, coaches, and fans. Players or teams will be dismissed from the tournament if necessary to maintain a calm, safe, and fun playing atmosphere.

ADVANCING In all divisions, the Champions will not advance further. If teams are interested in advancing, they must apply to the USASA Cal South National Cups.
